ATC100 Material Composition

ATCORP ATC-100 composite material features a robust steel backing, an intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering, and a sliding layer of PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro Ethylene) with fillers.The low carbon steel backing provides strength, while the bronze layer ensures strong bonding and heat absorption. The PTFE/fillers act as a self-lubricating agent, forming a hydrodynamic layer to minimize wear and prevent metal-to-metal contact.ATC-100 is available with tin, copper, or Zn flashing to prevent rust during transit and storage
