ATCORP, ATC-102™ composite material structure have Stainless Steel Backing (SS 304 SS 316) backing intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro Ethylene) with fillers.Stainless Steel Backing provides strength to composite structure and help to avoid rusting of parts while intermediate layer of bronze provides bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.PTFE/Fillers works as self-lubricating agent and form hydrodynamic layer during operation and avoid metal to metal contact for minimizing wear , reduce friction and improved service life.ATC-102 Material comes with three option like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage
