ATCORP, ATC-320 Bimetal bearing, consists with steel Backing and a Sliding layer of copper with graphite. Presence of Graphite make this material suitable for dry applications.Material has no stick slip. Very less Coefficient of friction and suitability for low load applications. Sliding Layer can be machined for achieving higher tolerances. Can be set in oil holes, grease indents or oil pockets.ATC-320 Material comes with three options like tin flash, copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage

Benefits of ATC320
ATC 320 material is ELV/ROHS Compliant Material.
Very good for dry lubricated application and can also be used in oil filled application.
Suitable for low load, low speed and high ambient temperature conditions.
The sliding layer can be refined to improve the matching accuracy.
Good instantaneous start-up characteristics, no crawling phenomenon in fretting.
