ATCORP, ATC-313 Bimetal bearing material is a sliding bushing with steel Backing and a CuSn6Ni9 surface sliding layer. It is ELV, ROHS Compliance material.Suitable for oil lubrication, lower friction factor, Shock and vibration resistance, good lubricity and wear resistance. Oil holes, oil holes or oil tanks can be set the sliding layer can be refined to improve the matching accuracy. Suitable for high load and medium speed conditions. These sliding bushings are used in applications with ultra-high Loads and medium speeds .Steel Backing provides strength to Bimetal structure while soft Sliding layer of CuSn6Ni9 helps to improve lubrication with strong wear resistant properties. Can be set in oil holes, grease indents or oil pockets.ATC-313 Material comes with three options like tin flash, copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage

Benefits of ATC313
Suitable for Oil Lubricated condition, Lower friction material with ultra-high fatigue resistance
The CuSn6Ni9 alloy can replace traditional lead-containing bearing bush base layers, removing polluting metals and ensuring cleaner production and utilization.
These bushings find widespread application in various industries including automotive, construction and heavy machinery, metallurgical equipment, and marine industries, due to their strength, wear resistance, and durability under demanding conditions.
Sliding Layer of CuSn6Ni9 offers inherent lubricating properties.
The sliding layer can be refined to improve the matching accuracy
