ATCORP,ATC-100E composite material structure have steel backing, intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of PTFE ( Poly tetra fluoro Ethylene) with Conductive fillers.Low carbon steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.PTFE/ Conductive Fillers works as self-lubricating agent and form hydrodynamic layer during operation and avoid metal to metal contact for minimizing wear and reduced friction. Conductive fillers helps in current conductivity like in vehicle painting process.ATC-100E Material comes with three option like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage
