ATCORP , ATC-201™ composite material structure have Low carbon steel backing ,intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of POM ( Poly Oxymethylene) with fillers.Low carbon steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.POM and Fillers Sliding layer works as marginally lubricating agent and provide improved lubrication with help of applied Grease /Oil/Lubricants. Sliding layer comes in form of Lubricating indents for greased application and plain layer for oil lubricated application.ATC-201™ Material comes with three options like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage
