ATCORP , ATC-206™ composite material structure have Low carbon steel backing, intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of PEEK ( Polyether Ether Ketone ),PTFE,MoS2 with fillers.Low carbon steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours. PEEK and Fillers Sliding layer works as marginally lubricating agent and provide improved lubrication with help of applied Grease /Oil/Lubricants. Sliding layer comes in form of Lubricating indents for greased application and plain layer for oil lubricated application.ATC-206™ Material comes with three options like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage

Benefits of ATC206
Developed for heavy loads and slow speed in greased lubricated condition.
Can work for a long time without oil in the condition of boundary lubrication, under oil or grease lubrication interval, the working-life will be longer. Suitable for linear, swing, and rotary motion
No water absorption and therefore dimensionally stable.
Low wear rate and seizure resistant
Works well in grease lubricated condition, in Oil lubricated condition provide satisfactory result, however not recommended for dry applications.
Standard part available in stock, Global acceptability of sizes
Compact and light v/s Steel or bronze bearings
Suitable for use with low viscosity and low lubricant fluids
High static and dynamic load capability
Liners have very good chemical resistance
Lead-free material compliant to ELV, WEEE, and RoHS specifications
