ATCORP , ExtraMile™ composite material structure have steel backing, intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of Polyamide 46 with Fillers.steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.Polyamide46 and Fillers Sliding layer works as marginally lubricating agent and provide improved lubrication with help of applied Grease /Oil/Lubricants. Sliding layer comes in form of Lubricating indents for greased application and plain layer for oil lubricated application.ATC-ExtraMile™ Material comes with three options like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage
