ATCORP , ATC-105™ composite material structure have Mild steel backing intermediate layer of porous bronze sintering and sliding layer of PTFE ( Poly tetra fluoro Ethylene) with inorganic fillers. Mild steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.PTFE and inorganic Fillers works as self-lubricating agent and form hydrodynamic layer during operation and avoid metal to metal contact for minimizing wear . inorganic fillers helps to minimize wear and provide improved life.Extremely low friction factor and very good lipophilicity. Suitable for linear, swing, and rotary motion.Good anti-cavitation and anti-flow corrosion ability. Used in automobile suspension, shock absorption, steering, transmission system, industrial cylinders, hydraulic motors and other fields.ATC-105 Material comes with three option like tin flash , copper flash or Zn Flashing also to avoid rusting of steel during transit /storage
