Low carbon steel Backing provide strength to composite structure while intermediate layer of bronze provide bonding of steel with PTFE and absorb heat during working hours.PTFE and white inorganic Fillers works as self-lubricating agent and form hydrodynamic layer during operation and avoid metal to metal contact for minimizing wear . white inorganic fillers helps to minimize wear and provide improved life.high-performance material developed for new energy electric drives.Low friction factor and good cavitation and flow corrosion resistance.
